                          IN,ON,UNDER
İngilizcede öntakı adı verilen ve cümle yapısında önemli rolleri olan
küçük kelimeler vardır. Cümledeki belirli kelimelerin birbiriyle bağlantısını
sağlayan bu kelimelerden en önemli üç tanesini bu dersimizde öğreneceğiz.
Bu üç kelime, in, on, under öntakılandır.

                                                     IN
In [in] «içinde» anlamında bir öntakıdır. Cümle içindeki yerini aşağıdaki
ölmeklerde inceleyiniz.
in        içinde
in the room    odanın içinde
in the book    kitabın içinde
in the basket    sepetin içinde
in this house    bu evin içinde
in that ship      şu geminin içinde

Türkçede genellikle «içinde» kelimesi yerine ismin sonuna «de, da» eki
ilave edilerek «içinde» kelimesi kaldırılır. Zira «sepetin içinde» yerine «sepette
», «odanın içinde» yerine «odada», «kitabm içinde» yerine «kitapta» demekle
aym anlam ifade edilmiş olur.

in the room          odanın içinde = odada
The girl is in the room.         Kız odadadır. 
The egg is in the basket.        Yumurta sepettedir    
The eggs are in the basket.    Yumurtalar sepettedir. 
The teacher is in the house.      Öğretmen evdedir.
